The house has central heating, broadband, you view tv and some international phone calls can be made with permission. Cooker and washing machine present. Large garden area as well.
It comes with a double bed, pillows and sheets a large single wardrobe and dressing table. A non smoker is required. No pets are allowed. The applicant will be treated with total respect and in return is expected to treat his/her home with respect.
