A warm and cosy double, furnished Room in maisonette. Probably the most desired room in house. Very friendly atmosphere with a large kitchen with use of washing machine, two toilets, also FREE sky channels and a broadband connection. Also a balcony which is great in the summer. Only two other friendly lodgers. Expect it to be to be Kept clean and tidy at ALL times. No loud parties. All utility bills included.
NB. Smoking only in kitchen area when not being used and on balcony.
Area is very quiet and very close to co-op shop and post office.
