Located in Sandhills area in Leighton Buzzard, a small double room (larger than a single room but a bit smaller than a standard double room) in a nice 4 bedroom house is available on the 7th April.
The room is furnished with a double bed with mattress, a wardrobe and a computer desk with chair. Next to the room comes the main bathroom: the toilet is served just for the room but the shower shared with another tenant.
The communal areas include a kitchen equipped with full appliances, a lounge with dining area and garden. A cleaner will be provided fortnight for the communal area cleaning.
The deposit is £260 and the rent £520 per month includes utility bills, council tax and WIFI.
A tidy quiet professional is welcome and also you have to be a non-smoker. Also all the rooms are just for single (no couple and no pet)...
