Hi,
I have a large furnished double room available to rent in a 3-bedroom house with garden in a quiet residential area.

Bus stop is near the house if you need it.

The house is 3 bedroom specious, modern and furnished house with a garden. Kitchen with dishwasher and American fridge-freezer (with cold water and ice dispenser) double oven, microwave and washing machine with dryer. There is unlimited WiFi broadband and HD TV in the house.

There are plenty of off- road non-allocated parking spaces in front of the house and behind ( 2 car parks at the front and back).


I am looking for a nice house mate (FEMALE preferred) professional, very clean and tidy and generally quiet, non- smoking who appreciates the comfort of living with only 1 person (female) and having their own bathroom ( or 2 bathrooms to share) in a homely environment. I like peace and quiet and I enjoy relaxing in front of the TV after hard day at work so I am looking for somebody who will also enjoy peace and quiet at home without parties in the house and lots of visitors all the time.

There are 2 bathrooms in the house. The house went through complete modernization and renovation recently so all is brand new. There is a 3rd bedroom in the house but it is a spare room for occasional visitor (once a year a female friend may stay or a family member once a year or once every 2 years for few days but it will not be occupied permanently).

The room to rent is large double, with modern design, fully furnished and it contains:
- Double bed
- 2 wardrobes (fitted and free standing)
- Desk with chair
- Bookcase
- 42-inch TV in the room
- Chest of draws
- Bedside table with table lamp
- Curtains
- Rug and painting
- 1 standing light
- Private bathroom with shower downstairs ( or both bathrooms can be shared between the two of us)

The price is £530 per calendar month and 1-month deposit is required but it can be split into 2 instalments if needed. Available NOW.

No smoking in the house and no pets unless small one ( rabbit, hamster, etc.). It is full time accommodation (or I can consider other options such as Monday to Friday accommodation, etc). Long time occupancy is preferred (minimum 6 months).
