The room is located on the middle floor at the front of the property. It is the largest room in the property and has more than ample space. Spec’d with up-to-date IKEA furniture consisting of double bed, large wardrobe and matching chest of drawers. The room also has the added bonus of it's own private balcony. A fantastic personal space during the Summer months.

The property itself is fantastically placed just outside the centre of Leighton Buzzard (please refer to map image), boasting a super quick 2min walk to the local train station where fast trains into Central London (Euston – 35mins) are a regular occurrence.
Every possible amenity is within a 5-15min walk, or directly on the doorstep – from Fish & Chips to your local food shop (handy for the milk run).
As the title suggests, you’ll be sharing with three other tenants. All bills will be included in your monthly rental cost, plus a fortnightly cleaner has been assigned to clean all communal areas (bathrooms, kitchen and communal areas). The property also comes equipped with super fast Virgin Fibre Optical Broadband and is connected via individual Ethernet ports to each room. This will allow for consistent fast internet throughout with no drop in bandwidth during peak times (WiFi obviously available too).
Being a house share and living with other tenants, you’ll be expected to respect each other’s space, but also maintain all communal areas to a good standard. Each tenant has/will have their own individual Tenancy Agreement.
Tenants:
Currently there are three other tenants – x1 female and x2 male – all in their late twenties/thirties.
All working professionals, very easy going down to earth people, who are respectful of each others space.
Owner/Landlord:
The property will be run/overlooked by myself (owner and landlord) so no agencies will ever be involved. This way I hope to get to know all tenants well and with that aim to resolve any issues that may arise straight away.
