Hello , I have a large double bedroom in a house share, 4 other professional ,friendly ,clean, tidy ,quiet, respectful male tenants . Two minute walk from Leighton Buzzard town centre. Thirty minutes by train to Euston London , only 5 minute walk to the train station . Two car parking spaces on driveway and ample off road parking .

Share two bathrooms ,one with bath shower hand basin and toilet the other with large walk in shower hand basin and toilet . Kitchen with double oven ,microwave , kettle , toaster , washing machine and tumble drier . Snug room with work desk, office chair ,sofa and TV
Garden with table & chairs and two sheds for storage.

The room can be unfurnished if preferred , room will have double bed with mattress ,wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Single occupancy £550 a month , double occupancy £850 a month. All bills included, No children allowed .
