Large, furnished double room available in a house share with live-in landlords, and one other tenant - Bills included in monthly rent.

Room has a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe & desk for WFH benefits. Quite spacious with a nice view across the farmland opposite.

Access to communal areas includes the living room and dining area, kitchen garden & the garage (working on making it a home gym!)

This room shares the main bathroom with the second tenant. There is a second lavatory downstairs off the entranceway.

We have room for two cars on the driveway and a room on the road out front. The house is a 25 minute walk from the centre of town, and 10 minute walk to the local shop.

We get on well with the current tenant. The atmosphere is really social and and chilled out, and we have utmost respect for general housekeeping, tidiness, and personal space to ensure there’s never a reason for a gripe!

I work from home all week and utilise my bedroom for focused work space, whilst my partner and the other tenant work locally - but we’ll often chill out after work watching tv/movies, listening to music and grabbing a takeaway when neither can be bothered to cook!
