Looking for a female to occupy the master bedroom of the house hold. The bedroom comes with wardrobe space, a double bed, and an ensuite shower. Occupant needs to be clean and tidy, no smoking or pets. Deposit is £500 (get back at end of lease if no damages etc) and first month’s rent up front.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 toilets (2 bathrooms). Upstairs and downstairs. Please discuss furnishings (whether there is furniture you wish to bring etc)

Fast trains into London (straight to Euston) - 27 minutes without any stops for the fast train. Train station is a 7 minute drive (there are also buses). Easy Drive to MK/Bletchley (Ikea, cinemas etc) around 15-25 mins. Trains to MK 15 mins or so.
