Three bedroom semi detached house with a garden and front of house parking. Estate is off the road in a nice new-build community, with a small playground 30 seconds away. Local shops and cafe.

Looking for a female to occupy a single bedroom. The bedroom comes with a wardrobe, a single sized bed.. Occupant needs to be clean and tidy, no smoking or pets. Deposit is £500 (get back at end of lease if no damages etc)

Currently need to remove some furniture from the room available which is why there are not loads of photos of the room. Of course in person viewing is always the best and more than happy to provide more photos of the room if you request so. The room as mentioned has a bed and wardrobe available, and can also fit additional shelving units, draws, storage etc I currently have two sets of draws, a shelf and a large desk in the room (an eg of the space of the room - these will be removed for the sake of the occupant).

The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 toilets (2 bathrooms). Upstairs and downstairs. Please discuss furnishings (whether there is furniture you wish to bring etc)

Kitchen comes with fridge freezer, two door oven/grill, gas stove, microwave, kettle, toaster etc and washing machine

Cost covers broadband, utilities, and council tax.

There are on the estate buses into the market centre and train station. Market centre is a 3 minute drive.

Fast trains into London (straight to Euston) - 27 minutes without any stops for the fast train. Train station is a 7 minute drive (there are also buses). Easy Drive to MK/Bletchley (Ikea, cinemas etc) around 15-25 mins. Trains to MK 15 mins or so.

M1 is a short 10 minute drive
