Looking for a Short-Term Tenant (Until February 2025) – No Exceptions

We are offering a comfortable spare room in a fully furnished, recently renovated house. The room comes with a single bed and an Emma mattress, but we can provide a double bed with a luxurious 5000 pocket spring mattress upon request, ensuring you have the best possible rest during your stay.

Please note the photo provided presents two single beds, we can change this to be 1 single bed, 2 single beds (in case you have a little one with you) or a double bed instead.

Room Details:
* Single wardrobe and chest of drawers.
* Wooden floors with triple glazed windows that effectively block out street noise.
* Bright and airy room.
* Should you wish to retain a single bed instead of double, a desk or additional storage space can be provided.

Shared Spaces:
* Baby gate
* Office with 2 screens, a docking station, and a webcam, available for use if you need a workspace.
* We have 2 friendly cats.
* A garden, BBQ, and a parking area.
* Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, and all the essentials for cooking at home. We wont be able to accommodate space in the kitchen for additional dinnerware but you’re welcome to use everything at your disposal.
* Living area includes a TV, treadmill, books, games, game consoles, and two comfy sofas.
* Laundry machine and other essentials for your convenience.

Expectations:
* We are a clean and tidy household and kindly ask that you maintain the same standards.
* All rooms must be aired at least 30mins once a day to avoid mould and condensation.
* Please be mindful of noise, especially in the evenings, as we value a quiet and respectful environment.
* Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or recreational drugs on the property.

Additional Details:
* Price includes all bills (electricity, water, gas, internet) and regular cleaning of shared spaces.
* Short-term tenancy only available until February 2025 – no exceptions.
