Sunny south-facing double room in a harmonious 3 bed house share with two females (39 & 40). The house is on three floors with three double rooms, and three toilets. The bedroom has a brand new memory foam pocket sprung mattress, brand new wardrobe with drawers and has a full size bureau/office desk. The room comes with an allocated private and secure parking space. The room is bright and airy in the day with two double windows, and peaceful at night with black out blinds. The price includes electricity, gas, council tax, water, superfast broadband (box in room) and access to sky TV. The kitchen and bathrooms are newly modernised with brand new fittings and appliances.
BATHROOM
This room will have use of the middle floor bathroom (decorated and retiled 2 years ago midnight blue and gold) and downstairs toilet. The bathroom has an extra long bath with shower over and victorian sink. This is shared with one other female.
KITCHEN
The kitchen was refitted 2 years ago with all new cupboards, larder and worktop (navy blue and stone). It has a 5 ring gas stove and double oven, plus dishwasher and belfast sink. Both existent tenants are vegan and tend to take it in turns to buy food and often cook together however if you want to remain separate with cooking that is fine. Pescetarian/vegetarian/vegans would be preferred.
LIVING ROOM
The living room/dining room is a beautiful shared space and we are respectful of each others need to use this. Often we eat together or work on our laptops on the sofas. We also enjoy a music session.
OUTSIDE
There is a garden at the rear with grass lawn, fire pit, patio and chairs. We grow herbs and some vegetables and the garden is a suntrap in Summer. The house is on the quiet end of an estate and there is lots of on-road parking available for visitors. There are several scenic walks if setting off from the house and nearby Pages Park has an outdoor gym and tennis court. There is a bus to Milton Keynes, Luton within 5 minute walk. The train station is a 20 min cycle.
DOGS
The current tenant has a female Frenchie who is very tolerant of other dogs. She does not use the garden but instead the nearby park for toilet breaks. A second dog will be considered depending on temperament.
CLEANING
The house is cleaned regularly but we all work to keep it as a nice environment.
