Double room - town centre

Looking for someone friendly to rent a small double room in the centre of town - just a 2 minute walk to the high street and 10-15 minute walk to the train station with 28 minute fast trains into London.

The flat is top floor and has been finished to a high spec with a gorgeous communal lounge/diner and separate kitchen.

The room itself is a cosy double with a full size double bed, built in wardrobe, desk and bedside table (open to swapping the desk for a chest of drawers if preferred!)

There is a brick shed downstairs which can be used for bike storage. Garden is communal.

On street parking out the front and unallocated private parking to the rear.

I have a free roaming house bunny so must be good with animals :)

The most important thing for me is someone I will get on well with. I am very friendly/chatty and need someone who I can see myself being friends with and is communicative. I don’t want to live with a stranger.

Possibly open to Monday-Friday lets if desired
