Home Share Opportunity – Beautiful New Build in Leighton Buzzard

This advert is for a home share rather than a standard room rental. I spend most nights at my partner’s house, though I occasionally i stay over and use my home office during the day for work.

I’m a professional with a well-kept, modern home situated on a quiet private road in a lovely part of Leighton Buzzard. The property is a new build, warm and comfortable, and regularly cleaned to a high standard throughout.

I have a large double room with a main bathroom - all fully furnished and inclusive of all bills.

Room includes a bed and mattress, wardrobe, bedside table, drawers, under-bed storage, mirror, and bedside lamp. A desk can be added if you work from home.

You’ll have shared use of:

A fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer

A spacious kitchen-diner with a sofa and TV, ideal for meals or relaxing

Fibre optic broadband (very fast connection) plus Netflix and Prime Video access via the guest account

There’s also allocated storage space in the bathroom and kitchen.

Outside, you’ll find a private garden with both paved and lawn areas, plus outdoor furniture accessible from the kitchen.

Additional details:

Room is large enough for desk.

Parking for up to three cars on the drive, plus safe on-road parking along the private road.

Excellent location – within walking distance to the town centre and Leighton Buzzard train station (30 minutes to London Euston).

Bus connections to Luton, Aylesbury, and Milton Keynes are nearby.

Close to local amenities including Waitrose, Aldi, Iceland, Morrisons, Tesco, and Costa Coffee.

A full month’s deposit is required as a security deposit, refundable at the end of your stay subject to no damages.
