Seeking a quiet, clean, and respectful person to take over my spot in a spacious shared double room.
You will be sharing the bedroom with one other male tenant. The flat itself is a large 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-floor apartment shared between four tenants in total.
About the Role & The Flatmates:
This is a quiet and peaceful home. The current tenants are respectful and value a clean space. We are looking for someone similar who is cooperative and will actively participate in keeping the flat tidy. This is essential.
The Flat & Amenities:
• The Room: Furnished with your own bed.
• Bathrooms: The flat has 2 bathrooms. You will share the beautiful main bathroom, which has a bathtub. 
• Living Room: A big, comfortable living room, shared with all tenants, which includes a TV, dining table, and sofas.
• Kitchen: A modern kitchen, fully equipped with an oven, hob, new fridge, new washing machine, and a dishwasher. 
• Bills: The flat is all-electric, making it very economical on bills.
• Extras: The flat also has a separate storage section and its own allocated parking space. There is plenty of visitor parking available. 
The Area:
• Located in one of the best and quietest areas of Leighton Buzzard.
• The building is next to a beautiful park and lake, perfect for walking or relaxing.
• The area is very clean and the flat itself is newly decorated.
