Spacious ground floor double room available in a relaxed, owner-occupied home, just a 4-minute walk from the train station, with fast, direct trains into London Euston in around 28 minutes — ideal for someone commuting into London.

The room is on the ground floor and a generous 12ft square, newly decorated, and furnished with a king-size storage bed, Lombok wardrobe, and a lovely wood burner, giving it a cosy, characterful feel.

The house is shared with my partner and his adult son (mid-20s), both working and generally independent, with a calm and respectful lifestyle.

We’re looking for someone easygoing, respectful, and who values a peaceful, warm and friendly adult household.

You’ll be sharing a well-presented shower room with one other.

As both current occupants work from home, this room would best suit someone who works primarily outside the home.

The house has a calm, settled feel, with quiet hours typically between 10pm and 6:30am.

This would suit someone independent and self-contained, and not reliant on hosting regular visitors.
