Large double in cosy victorian terrace

The house is located in a nice, quiet part of town. Two minutes walk from Morrisons and 15 minutes to the train station, with regular trains into Euston taking 28 minutes. There are lovely walks nearby, including Rushmere Country Park which is a 10 minute drive away. There is a market on a Saturday and plenty of nice coffee houses in the centre of town, just a 5 minute walk away.

We are offering a large room with double mattress, furnished with wardrobe and free standing chest of drawers. There is no TV in the living room but there is a TV in the room.

The house has a shared living room and dining room. There is a fully equipped kitchen with shared fridge and a shared freezer. The bathroom consists of a bath and shower, with a separate toilet.

Outside, we have a well maintained garden with a shed and decking - perfect for BBQs in the summer.

We're both working professionals, aged 28 and 29. We both enjoy music, cooking, sport, relaxing and the outdoors.

We are looking for a clean, quiet, tidy professional to occupy this room.

6 month minimum rental preferred.
