There is a kitchen/diner and a large, lovely lounge which are shared. The main bathroom will be shared between the two rooms only.
The house is within commuting distance of Luton, Milton Keynes, Dunstable and there is a fast train to London which takes 32 mins direct. We are looking to let the room to a professional, someone who is responsible, clean and tidy.
Note that the room is only available from Mon to Fri so it is only suitable for a professional who works far away from home and go home at the weekend.
