Rent is adjusted for a Couple as well as for a Monday - Friday stay.

The floor has three bedrooms. Only Two double bedrooms out of the three bedrooms are let out. This floor has a bathroom shower and toilet that is used only by the occupants of the 2 double rooms on this floor

There is a second toilet on the ground floor.

There is a shared lounge, with Large 55-inch TV, SKYQ movies and sports channels, Netflix, BT Sports channels, and BT Halo 3 Broadband. The Kitchen has regular resources including a microwave & washing machine.

Utility bills and broadband are included in the rent.

There is off-street parking and a private back garden- The house is within a 5-minute walk to Sainsbury's, a 24-hour gymnasium, a Shell garage, and McDonald's. 15 min walk to Morrison, 20 min walking distance to the High street & about 30 min walk to the train station into London/Euston. Milton Keynes, Hemel Hempstead and Luton are about a 30-minute drive away and Dunstable/Houghton Regis is about 15-20min. All are easily accessible via A5 and or M1.
