I have a beautifully well maintained 3 bedroom house in the planet estate. The room available is a double and comes equipped with a Bed (and bedding) wardrobe with drawer space. The bathroom (including bath and shower) would be shared. Downstairs is a kitchen/diner and livingroom which will also be shared. There is also a lovely garden and off road parking for 3 cars. Only additional costs would be for a fortnightly cleaner, costs shared with the household. I am very house proud and would be looking for someone who is likeminded.
