Town centre room to rent

Double room with a built in wardrobe in high street location (room not overlooking the high street so not noisy)with easy access to the station and 3 supermarkets and various local shops.

Full use of the flat which includes sky and wifi and all bills in the rent.

Looking for someone clean and tidy and doesn't want to throw a party every weekend!

I'm pretty laid back, work mon-fri and like to chill in the week but go out at the weekends etc etc

I also have a cat so any flatmate would have to like cats and be prepared to feed him when he demands! (All his food is brought by me though!)
