Rent: £400 per calendar month, with bills and Wi-Fi included.

Deposit: £400.

Total initial move-in cost: £800, consisting of the first month’s rent and the security deposit.

The rent and deposit are fixed and non-negotiable. Please do not request a discount. If £400 pcm, the £400 deposit or the £800 initial move-in cost is outside your budget, please do not request a viewing.

This is a single room for one occupant only. Couples, families, children, additional occupants and room-sharing arrangements are not accepted.

Before Requesting a Viewing
Please read the advert carefully and send the following information in one complete message:

2 Your occupation, employer and general work location, or your course and study location;
3 Your exact intended move-in date;
4 Your expected length of stay;
5 Confirmation that the room will be for you alone;
6 Confirmation that you accept the fixed rent of £400 pcm, the £400 deposit and the £800 initial move-in cost;
7 How the rent and deposit will be funded, including whether you require a guarantor, sponsorship, benefits or other financial support;
8 Your current general location and availability for a personal viewing; and
9 Confirmation that you can provide the identity and Right to Rent information required for the checks.

Viewings are arranged with the applicant personally only after the complete screening information has been received. A viewing does not reserve the room. Any offer remains subject to satisfactory identity, Right to Rent, affordability and reference checks, followed by a written agreement.
