I am a live in landlord looking for a female tenant. I enjoy being social and keep the house clean and tidy. I also have a small dog called Peggy. The house has a modern Kitchen/Diner, Utility Room, WC and a modern bathroom with shower (soon to be refitted). There is a comfy and spacious lounge, kitchen/diner and a recently landscaped rear garden. I would be able to offer parking on the driveway which is at the rear. Near by is a pub/restaurant located on the canal and Linslade Woods which is lovely for walks, there is a bus stop, local shop and Tescos Metro all within walking distance. Leighton Buzzard train station is 10-15minutes walk away and the Town Centre is just 15-20 minutes walk. I have Sky TV and fibre broadband that would be included within the price, along with a cleaner that visits twice a month.
