Lovely, light single room near station

A lovely light room for single occupancy, but with a small double bed. 5 mins walk to station and buses, close to by-pass and 12 mins drive to M1.

Sociable landlady, friendly little dog, but quiet-ish lifestyle. Landlady works from home. Early riser rather than a night owl. Enjoy arts/culture/walking/social events, like to cook, travel, cinema etc. I mostly like to keep things clean and tidy and someone with a similar outlook would be ideal.

Would consider working week let.

All bills included, rent paid in advance.

Would consider 3 month let, or alternatively extending beyond 6 months if we got on well.
