Large detached house in quiet cul-de sac

We have a large furnished double room with en-suite in our annexe. There is also a self contained sitting room and small kitchenette, which is shared with us. Access to the back garden is available via patio doors.
Anyone sharing our home would be expected to respect the neighbours and our own need for peace and privacy.
