- Superfast Wi-Fi throughout the house
- Landscaped private garden
- Access to a private study for occasional WFH, if pre-agreed
- Access to a gym in the garage

Info about Lower Stondon:

A lovely village with lots of access to local countryside walks. A short drive from Arlesey train station with regular trains into London. A few minutes’ walk to local shops, takeaways, Post Office, Pharmacy and local pub. Approximately a 25-minute drive to Luton and 30-minute drive to Stevenage. There are also regular buses into Hitchin with lots of bars, restaurants, shops and a train station.

Other info:

- All bills included (electricity, gas, water, broadband)
- Monday to Friday let (possible access from Sunday evening 6/7pm onwards to Friday mornings/afternoon)
- No storage of belongings between weeks - rooms to be left clear at the weekends
