Spacious master bedroom, double bed, bedside cabinets, build in wall to wall wardrobes plus another full height cupboard so a generous amount of storage.

Monthly rent includes all bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax), a weekly cleaner, and a regular gardener, all included in your rent.
Includes 40mbs fibre sky broadband, and a communal TV in the living room with amazon firestick and netflix.
One parking space on the driveway is available for £50 a month. Otherwise there is free on the road parking outside the house.
Only 8 mins by car to Arlesey Train Station, about 3.6miles (so can be walked or cycled). It's about 35 minutes on a fast train to Kings Cross Station so suitable for a commuter, or if you want to attend London events.
Includes good sized garden, excellent size if you enjoy gardening.

I currently live in Australia most of the year. When I'm back I'm quite social so you'll usually find me in the living room on my laptop.
I like to keep things tidy & clean where possible.
I enjoy hanging out with other people even if we aren't directly doing the same thing.
