Two rooms available to rent in a house 5 min away from town center in a good neighbourhood. The kitchen and bathroom are fully furnished. The rent includes the bills except for internet which is available for 8 pounds/ month. The room is fully furnished as well (see pictures) but without the fridge. The housemates (2 girls) are clean and quiet so the new tenant is required to be the same. Students are preferred but working professionals are also welcomed. Deposit required is 450 pounds, council tax is not included and the contract will be for 1 year.
