I have a double room to let in the High Town area of Luton. The property is on the edge of Berkeley Path overlooking Wenlock Street, is a first floor maisonette decorated and furnished to a high standard. You will be sharing the property with one male (clean, considerate and respectful) and have full use of the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom.

All mod cons (incl. microwave, gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher). Freeview tv, broadband wifi and all utility bills are included in rent.
Suitable for a working professional.

There is plenty of parking, so if you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. If not, there are plenty of amenities nearby … 3 mins walk to Luton town central railway station (30 mins to St Pancras); 3 mins walk to central bus/coach station, 3 mins walk to local amenities: pubs, shops, eat-in and take-away restaurants; 7 mins walk to town centre (11 screen cinema, gym, library, modern shopping mall); 7 mins drive to airport; 15 mins drive to L&D hospital.

The room is furnished with double divan bed (ample storage beneath), tallboy (6 drawers), 2 bedside tables and plenty of hanging space and shelving.
