I am renting my 1 bedroom flat short term (6 months). This is because I plan to sell next year. New owner may consider keeping the tenant but it's best to say 6 months max for now. Very close to Luton train Station (5 min walk) close to the town centre (7 minute walk) close to the airport (10 minutes by car). The flat is furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, sofa, dining table and kitchen items. I will require proof of employment and to paylsips to prove income.
