Discount for Property Manager - £395PCM INC Bills

Part time work & living opportunity for a CareTaker / Handyman / Property Manager. PSW or semi-retired but experienced. Fully furnished with all bills included at only £395PCM INC Bills instead of £450pcm.

You will be someone that has good experience & skills in residential property management. You will be hands on with management of HMO properties. Knowledge of property maintenance is an advantage.

You may be semi-retired or a Student at University of Bedfordshire / Hertfordshire welcome but must be on a 3 year course and be willing to support/manage. Driving License preferred.

You will be an excellent communicator. You will be required to live in the property and be able to work around 15 to 20 hours. You will help to show prospects around the house. You will be required to dress up rooms, ensure all areas are kept clean. You will be required to clear rubbish and sweep at night.

In return for your help you will be provided with a fully furnished single en-suite room. All bills including council tax, gas & electric, fast internet will be provided. Extra hours will be compensated with wages but dependent on skill & experience.

The house has two kitchens, several bathrooms & shower rooms as well as a dining room. You will have some parking but it is limited.

Furthermore you will be paid for extra hours that you may do. Your experience in a similar role is key. Some training will be provided.

The house is 10 minutes walk from Luton Town Centre. Sainsbury & Lidl are 5 minutes walk away. University of Bedfordshire is 15 minutes walk away. Luton Train station is 15 minutes walk. Airport and 2 Motorway junctions of the M1 are only 15 minutes drive away.
