Both bedrooms are furnished and come with new single beds and mattresses. There is also built-in wardrobes and a bedside tables in each room.

All bills are included in the rent, including superfast 140Mbps fiber optic internet.

Please note that there is a £20 fee per applicant to carry out full reference, credit and background checks including Right To Rent which is a legal requirement. If accepted, the fee will be deducted from first month’s rent. If rejected (due to affordability, CCJ, etc) the fee will not be refunded.

I am a professional and work from home, and ideally looking for someone who is clean and considerate. The rooms would suit a professional or a full time student.
