Medium room in Central Luton

The house:
I am renting a room in Central Luton, 10 minutes from the train station, 5minutes from the mall and shops.

The house is newly renovated and has new appliances.

The room:
is in the quiet spot of the home,
everything is new including the mattress.

there is just one person that you will be sharing the bathroom and kitchen which has been with us for almost one year.

we are looking for someone that is a professional, or student has a steady income.
is quiet around the house,
respect others property and rest time,
STRICTLY no smoking and no parties! we are a quiet house that come home to rest after a days work.
