Double Room with its own Bathroom

This is a double room with its own separate bathroom.

We are looking for an easy going lodger, who is looking for a clean and relatively quiet place to stay.

We are a couple (two guys 😁) and this is our home, so is not a HMO.

So, the max number for of people living here will be 3 (us two plus one).

Also, please no couples, smoking or drugs!

PS: the room will have a proper wardrobe soon.
