Room 1 - Large En-suite fully furnished room with nice views of the garden. This is a nice room providing safety & security. The rent is £595pcm includes Council Tax, Water, Gas and Internet included in the rent. Electric is pay as you go and metered for your own use only. We pay electric in all communal areas.

The room is at the back of the house facing a garden. The room is in a very quite part of the house, away from the road. The room is large and airy. The room has its own fridge / freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.

The house is 10 minutes walk from Luton Town Centre. Sainsbury & Lidl are 5 minutes walk away. University of Bedfordshire is 15 minutes walk away. Luton Train station is 15 minutes walk.
