We need a person who is searching to rent a room in Luton.
( Tamil would be a plus as there are two Tamil boys in the apartment )
We are giving an en-suite room ( private bathroom ) but the kitchen will be shared.
Price per month = 430£/month ( bills excluded).
Deposit- 430£ (should be given together with the first month's rent)
pre-furnished (but get to choose whether they want these necessities as they belong to the previous flatmate, can be discussed if you are totally interested !!!
