This sunny room is located within a one bedroom flat on the 2nd (loft level) floor consisting of kitchen, bathroom, restroom and living room (where I stay). The bedroom is approximately 3m x 3m, furnished with a double bunk bed (top one can be removed or used for extra storage), coffee table, cupboard and chair. It is a Bury Park area of Luton town within a short walk to the city centre, park and train station. It will suit a single student or employed person only. The flat is clean and calm with good neighbours, therefore no parties or late noise will be appreciated. £500 per month to include all bills plus one month deposit paid in advance. Minimum rent is 4 months.
