The flat is spacious, clean, and fully furnished. It has a large bedroom, comfortable living area, and everything you need to settle in straight away.
It’s a calm, homely space and works well if you need to work from home during the day. With two workstations

You’ll have the entire flat to yourself - not a room in a shared house.

The location is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the station, with direct trains to King’s Cross in around 25 minutes, making it easy to get into central London. There are also plenty of cafes, shops, and supermarkets nearby.

This would be ideal for someone between flats, relocating to London, on a short work placement, or simply needing a comfortable base for a few weeks.

I’m looking for someone clean, responsible, and respectful who will treat the flat as their own home while staying.
