Room for rent for couple or single

Hi, we have one double room available for couple rent is (£600) and single rent is (£400) including all bills. Room has a double bed and a single bed. A chest drawer and inbuilt wardrobe. We prefer cook only vegetable meals in the kitchen. We don't prefer meat cooking. You can have ready to eat non vegetarian food but cooking we don't prefer. Bus stop is just across the road.
