Description
This is a contract take over for the Fitzroy Court Student accommodation until September. It is a double deluxe plus room in an all female flat. Clean roommates, very quiet. I am leaving for medical purposes and need a quick tenancy take over.
The room is very large and on the second floor of the building, pictures will be added once i’ve finished packing up my things. It is all bills included including high speed wifi and an en-suite bathroom.
The payments of the contract vary but I can show you the contract payments up until September if you are interested.
