Fitzroy court student accommodation

Hey everyone! I have a Deluxe En-suite room available at Fitzroy Court for the 2026/2027 academic year.
I’ve decided to commute from home this year, so I am looking for a student to take over my tenancy. The room is completely sorted and ready to go for September.
The Financial Bonus:
I have already paid the £200 deposit to secure the room. If you take over my contract, you do not have to pay this deposit at all—it is a completely free transfer for you.
The Room Details:
Room Type: Deluxe En-suite (Private bathroom, spacious desk area, plenty of storage).
Rent: £148 per week (All bills and Wi-Fi included).
Contract Dates: 51 weeks (12th September 2026 – 4th September 2027).
Location: Fitzroy Court. Literally a 2-minute walk to lectures with a gym, study spaces, and 24/7 security on-site.
