The house is a good sized mid terrace about 15 minutes walk from the central Luton train station and about the same distance from the central shopping mall. There is also a bus stop on the opposite side of the road with regular buses to the centre.

The room is well decorated, bright, clean and newly furnished. The kitchen is large and modern with a double hob, granite surfaces, washer/dryer, dishwasher, built in dining area etc, which leads out onto a patio with a view over Luton. The garden faces east making it a great place to be in the summer. The living room has plenty of sofas and HD TV etc. Also the house is seconds walk from a post office, restaurant, pub, grocers, butchers and various take aways.

All bills (Gas, electricity, water, council tax etc).

A weekly cleaner for shared areas (kitchen, bathroom, lounge).
