BOHO CHIC in Homely Interesting House Near Station

Clarendon Road is a very friendly road near to Peoples Park and the shops of High Town Road. This is a much admired creatively decorated, comfortable house. It would suit the more mature minded boarder.

1.) The Blue Room that is presently vacant is at the front of the house on the ground floor next to the front door. It has a bay window and is North facing. It is a spacious feeling, pleasant double room. The road is one way and very quiet at night. I like this to be a friendly household offering privacy and peace. It would be excellent if you needed to study or even needed to sleep during the day. You will find bare floor boards with rugs and furnished with a pine double bed. There is a chest of drawers, wardrobe, shelves and a small dressing table. Both curtains and blinds are hung in the bay window. There are prints and mirrors upon the walls. Measurement of room; 12' 10"X11'2"

2.)The Pink Room is upstairs at the back of the house overlooking the garden. It is painted a pale warm pink and is furnished with a double bed single wardrobe, chest of drawers, book case, dressing table/desk, and bedside cabinet. There are mirrors and prints decorating the walls.
It measures 13'x12'.

I am the landlady who lives here with my small black cat. There is a quiet mature gentleman who is only here in the week who is leaving in May due to work commitments. en

There is a downstairs toilet whilst upstairs there is a shared bathroom with shower over the bath. We share the kitchen/ diner most harmoniously. Cooking is permittted until 11pm there is a microwave oven and you would of course have your own cupboard for your food etc. We share a fridge and freezer. Sometimes we eat together. You can eat in your room.

Smoking is not permitted in the house but allowed outside in the garden. There is a washing machine and clothes line.

Measurements of room; 14'11" x 12"2" Strictly let for one person. You would be allowed to have guests on a casual basis.

Central heating. Broadband of course and storage of cases in loft or cellar etc. This would suit studious students, cabin crew, artists and crafts people.

An atmosphere of calm, peace and generosity of spirit prevails that we ask to be maintained. Help with housework is welcomed. Please ring to discuss further.
