The house is exceptionally fitted out to a high standard for all our professional tenants to make everyone feel at home

The property is fully furnished with good quality furniture and has a fantastic huge communal lounge which has leather sofas and a 40" TV for use by the tenants. There is free 350Mb fibre wifi throughout the house. Outside there is a large patio table and chairs for tenants use.

There is a shared kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and all the pots, pans, cutlery etc that you need. Allocated fridge, freezer space and storage space in the kitchen for all your food. There is a washing machine and dryer (small extra charge via coin meter).
The small light single room has 2 windows, a single bed, wardrobe, TV aerial and chest of drawers, extra shelves and shares a bathroom with one other person.

The common areas of the house and shared bathrooms are cleaned weekly and there is a gardener who maintains the garden. It is only 15 mins walk to the town centre and 5 mins by car to Luton Airport and Capability Green. Car parking is free and unrestricted with a number of off-road spaces.

It is a completely non-smoking house but there is a private communal garden for those who indulge.

This is a fantastic fully licensed quality house with fire doors throughout, smoke alarm in every room and exceeds all licensing standards. The house and rooms need to be viewed to be appreciated.......
