We have 1 double bedroom available in a quiet cul-de-sac in the pleasant Round Green area of Luton ('room 2' on the pictures). There's plenty of parking outside, near the property, in a very quiet area.

We are close to corner shops, an ATM, many take-aways, a beauty salon, post office, train station, parks etc and the town centre. It also has easy access to bus routes and is a 5 minute drive to the airport.

The house has a private garden at the rear, garage storage, wifi included and shared kitchen, bathroom, dining room and living room (with TV). We also have a tumble dryer.

Room 2 is large, furnished and comes with a TV and built in storage area.
We are happy to consider mon - fri rent and short term also.

This is a clean, easy going, tidy and friendly house.
