South LUTON just a few minutes walk past Chapel Street,5 minutes from town.
The Mall, Matalan, Bannatyne gym, Toyota, Capability Green etc. are all within walking distance.
The room comes furnished with a Double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and desk.
Vodafone broadband Wi-fi is included.
Shared kitchen, fully equipped with an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine e. t. c.
Shared lounge/diner.
The toilet and bath/shower room are also shared.
ALL bills included.
To the rear there is a large patio and garden.
It is a nice quiet house and I am looking for a professional only, who can interact with other professionals, must be very clean, quiet and tidy. Must be able to live inclusively.
