Furnished single room available from 13/04/14 in a 3bed house, close to all amenities of marsh rd, walking distance to leagrave train station/bus stops, luton and dunstable hospital and M1 jct 11.
Looking for a working person or student, sorry no pets allowed.
You will have access to your furnished bedroom, shared bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, garden and wc. unlimited broadband. Freeview in the living room.
The house is in immaculate condition, as i am a live in landlord i am always updating the house. I work fulltime aswell as being on call and am barely ever home, if anything for a few hours. I have one other female living here again she is mostly out. The house is very quiet and secured by an alarm.
Someone who will clean/tidy after themselves, is polite, who will respect privacy and doesnt mind socialising occassionally will be ideal. Working professional or student!!
