Newly refurbished room to rent

The room has been recently refurbished with only two previous short term lodgers. Excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities, sky+HD TV, broadband, landline, open fire and a garage. I'm pretty flexible on who I'm looking for but a fun honest person who is very clean and tidy would be my preference. I would expect the person I'm looking for to contribute financially to additional items such as cleaning products and toilet roll, and to share the cleaning of the property.
