Large single room very close to town centre Luton

Hi

We have a large single room on the ground floor of our house available from end of July. I work at the Uni so am used to welcoming students. We are a normal family who do normal family things.. no wild parties lol! We have 2 cats who are friendly. I like the house to be fairly tidy but I'm not obsessive. My kids are aged 17 and 18 and are well housetrained haha! They are used to having other tenants around and know how to respect people's privacy. We have plenty of parking on our street and we are so close to the Uni, you can see it from my bedroom window. I have been let down so many times by various people that I would like 2 months rent upfront but there is no deposit.
