I have a double, furnished bedroom in a 3-bed house to share with only one person. I am looking for a female flatmate (postgraduate student or a professional) for a short or long-term houseshare (3 months minimum). I am looking for someone who will tolerate cats (I have two crazy kittens living in the house but they will be mainly living outdoors).
The house is located about 10 minutes by foot from the train station, and about 20 minutes from the university. There is a nice park near by, and convenience shops and bakeries on High Town Road.
