2 bedroom house for Rent

Hi i have a 2bedroom house to rent from 1st of febuary. The price is £700 and the council tax is included, and the rest of the bill are not included(gas, electric and water bills) i am look for a family to come and rent the property dont mind what race there are, there is a security deposit of £250.
